Start and Follow Through in the New Year

Happy New Year!

Yikes! It has been a long while since I posted last!   Needless to say, it's been a very busy and hectic 2 and a half months. Since I last wrote, I completed my Level 2 training in Reiki with Joanna Scaparotti and have been developing a new name and site for my business(!).  Be on the lookout for an email from me in the new year with the exciting announcement. If you're not already on my mailing list, fill in the boxes to the right and be the first to hear about what's new.

Can you believe it's 2011?  This year has really flown by.  It's been an eventful year with lots achieved personally and professionally.  I'm looking forward to a healthier, happier and more abundant new year.  I'm not much of a resolutions person.  And I know a lot of people aren't.  But at the same time, I like structure in my life when planning and reaching my goals.  I usually work well with a vision and taking smaller steps to achieve a larger goal.  I found an amazing tool that I think will help keep me organized and motivated throughout 2011.  This tool is a planner I found at Borders called The Sacred Journey.

The Sacred Journey: Daily Journal for Your Soul 2011 Engagement Calendar

I'm very very excited about this planner/journal/self-help coach.  It was initially developed for holistic health practitioners in Sedona, AR.  It contains all the contents that you would have in a normal planner - the calendar by month and week but it also contains areas at the start of each month to put in your goals and affirmations for the month and even includes a mid-year review.  I think that it would be a helpful tool for anyone who wants to look at their year and life more holistically - not just practitioners.  So head out to your local bookstore or Amazon to get one.  Please note that I have no affiliation with this product. I simply want to spread the word about it because I think it will be an invaluable tool for you!

Here's to a new year that is exactly what you need - whether it's a brand new start or a continuation of an amazing 2010!
